An international chapter of the American Chemical Society (ACS) allows for funding to be made available for events and resources relating to chemistry in general and chemistry/research in the United States. For example, virtual kolloquims, confrence field trips, networking opportunities, and community outreach events would all be in the realm of possibility if we were to charter a chapter.
